Nkanga Hotel - Kasane

The location of the hotel is very convenient for accessing local activities and attractions. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and were always willing to offer assistance.

While the staff was friendly, the housekeeping left something to be desired. Our room had several maintenance issues that went unresolved, such as leaky taps and non-functional amenities.

Quick check-in and secure parking behind walls. Location was convenient for accessing nearby shopping centers and tourist attractions.

The room had visible cracks in walls filled with filler, which made it look uninviting. The shower had a curtain instead of a door and the soap dish was loose.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel facilities were great, and there was ample parking available.

No negatives from this place. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in this city.

Decent parking and proximity to tourist attractions were good aspects. the room had a nice clean bed and the bathroom seemed to have been recently cleaned. the location is great since it was just a short walk to nearby shopping stores for snacks and fuel.

The TV didn't work as it had poor signal quality and the channels were few. the room looked in need of repair, cracked and filled walls made the room look like a construction site.

Although my Christmas stay was subpar, there were a couple of positive aspects worth mentioning. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was a great way to stay connected. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. There was a shuttle bus service that ran regularly but it was also possible to hire a bike or car to venture out independently. the final advantage worth noting was the stunning views. the balcony overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking and made for some great photos.

The negative aspects of my experience far outweighed the positive. the staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Chobe river, national park, and borders of Zambia and Zimbabwe. Guests can easily access shopping centers, such as Shoprite and Spar, as well as fuel service stations. the room and bedding were clean, and amenities like a fridge, kettle, coffee, and tea were provided.

The hotel is currently undergoing upgrades, which may affect the overall experience.

Situated outside the town, the hotel staff arranged game drives and river cruises. the housekeeping was good enough, and tap water wasn't an issue in the bathrooms. the hotel price was considered affordable by one reviewer.

One negative aspect was that the location was far from Kasane and required taxi service, which wasn't cheap.
